Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by GraceJr.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
click here).
Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by Grace Jr.com, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact us to see if we can have this part shipped directly to you. Visit our
Returns Center below. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?
Visit our Returns Center. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.
Are you missing an item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit the relevant order summary in My Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
Wondering where your order is?
If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in My Account. Here you will find updated availability information, estimated delivery dates, and even shipment tracking numbers when the carrier has made them available.

Send an email to CustomerService@gracejr.com. Please include as much information as possible, such as the nature of the defect or damage or the name of any missing items.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Returning a gift?
If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from GraceJr.com, please note that the Gift Refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Refund Policy
We will process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by GraceJr.com. Items that are picked up at the store or shipped directly by Grace Jr. must be returned in the same manner; using the Returns and Exchanges page for refund information. If you are returning a gift you received, see below for more information about your refund.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
You can also view completed returns and refunds in My Account. If the return and refund does not appear in your My Account area after 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Customer Service, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines are:
- Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: no return or exchange.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use: no return or exchange.
- Any shrink-wrapped item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: no return or exchange.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.
Gift Refunds
If you return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from GraceJr.com, you'll receive a refund for the value of your return in one of two forms:
- For gifts purchased through your Wish List, we'll send you a check or credit your account.
- Otherwise, we'll send you a GraceJr.com gift certificate, which can be used toward future purchases at Grace Jr.’s online or in-store.
The refund will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return. To determine if an item was designated as a gift, check the bottom of the packing slip that came with the shipment for words that say either "We hope you enjoy this gift" or "This shipment represents part of your gift."
